Guashirsazeh Company needed an integrated digital solution to improve financial management and control of construction projects. This application was designed to simplify the registration and tracking of projects, buildings and payments, and allows users (managers, contractors and accountants) to manage quickly and accurately on a mobile platform. Our team at Kerman Smarten, in direct collaboration with project managers, created a standard application tailored to the daily challenges of construction.
Project Challenges
In the application development process, the most important challenges were designing tools that could manage the complex financial workflow of construction companies in the simplest possible way, while taking into account the diverse structures of projects and payments. Also, ensuring data security and confidentiality, providing an admin panel to view multiple projects simultaneously, and defining different access levels for managers, accountants, and other users required careful consideration and implementation to establish complete coordination between the team members and the employer.
