The Tanoor Restaurant Instagram page was launched to introduce authentic flavors, the restaurant’s warm atmosphere, and its signature products. The primary focus was on creating appetizing visual content, sharing daily menu updates, and establishing a friendly connection with customers. The content team aimed for the page to go beyond a mere introduction, bringing the on-site dining experience into the digital space. These efforts led to increased engagement and growing popularity of the “Tanoor” brand among food enthusiasts.

Project Challenges

Competing with older and chain restaurant pages required the implementation of distinctive and innovative strategies. Professional food photography and conveying Tanoor’s warmth and hospitality to the audience were major challenges. Managing comments, building trust online, and discerning the preferences of a diverse customer base proved to be time-consuming and required trial and error. Regularly updating the page content to reflect seasonal changes and special events also added to the project’s complexity.

By visiting the restaurant, the content team gained a comprehensive understanding of the space and audience needs.
